Raising CONCERNS

Use this channel for everyday concerns, complaints (grievances), or feedback such as: 
  • impacts from Sunly’s projects (e.g. noise, dust, access, traffic) 
  • workplace or site-related issues 
  • behavior or communication that concerns you 
  • environmental or community-related matters.

WHISTLEBLOWING

Use the whistleblowing channel to report misconduct, such as: 
  • illegal activities or criminal offences 
  • fraud, corruption, or conflicts of interest 
  • harassment, discrimination, or bullying 
  • serious breaches of ethics or human rights 

The whistleblowing channel offers the option to remain fully anonymous while still receiving feedback on your report. Whistleblowing cases are handled according to Sunly’s Whistleblowing Policy.

Anyone can raise a concern or report misconduct. 

If you are unsure which channel to use, choose the one that feels most comfortable – your concern will be directed appropriately. All reports are handled respectfully and confidentially.
