Sunly is moving its headquarter to a new 2,000 m2 office in the Telliskivi district. The K-building, which will be completed by the end of the year, is currently being reconstructed and becoming a modern and energy-efficient office building with a rooftop solar park.
“We are happy to have found a new office space that meets our ambitious growth plans and supports Sunly’s values and principles as a renewable energy producer. For us, the icing on the cake is that we join a strong community, where joint activities and common vibe have the same kind of energy we create on a daily basis,” commented Priit Lepasepp, the CEO and co-founder of Sunly.
Sunly’s new head office is located at the meeting point of Tallinn’s downtown and Kalamaja – Telliskivi District, which roots date back to 1870, when the main Reval railway workshops were established in Telliskivi. The K-building has characteristic features specific to Telliskivi District that create a unique combination of historical and modern architecture together with the reconstructed historic forge building. The building is designed by Peeter Pere Arhitektid, developed by PLKV Invest and built by Ehitustrust.
Sunly is also expanding in Poland, where a new Kraków office is being completed and the Warsaw branch opened this summer.
