Your everyday work involves:

  • customer communication, quote preparation and negotiations
  • implementing the sales strategy
  • helping to grow business using CRM software, sales intelligence tools and sales analytics
  • establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • learning and understanding how to maximise revenue per lead
  • contributing to a strong brand image
  • cooperating with the marketing team to develop new campaigns

Our expectations to you:

  • passionate about renewable energy and future technologies
  • excited and motivated by B2C sales
  • passionate about client experience and satisfaction
  • extraordinary communication skills
  • proficiency in Estonian, skills in English and Russian are a bonus
  • electrical/technical background is a bonus
  • proficient in MS Office

You are successful if, in addition to professional competencies, you are a results-oriented team player who is a natural-born salesperson. You get excited when the phone rings and love negotiating and winning people over. Do not worry if you do not know everything about solar solutions yet, passion for the field and readiness to learn is everything.
