WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Your everyday work involves:
- Managing & boosting Sunly’s recruitment
- Implementing new applicant tracking system
- Leading recruitment projects from start to finish, incl
-identifying hiring needs
-cooperating with teams and management
-creating and posting job ads
-sourcing & approaching potential candidates
-managing relationships with job seekers throughout the recruitment
-conducting interviews.
- Being Sunly’s spokesperson & creative on how to attract people who believe and share our values
Our expectations to you:
- passionate about renewable energy and future technologies
- hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- great at project management
- fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
Useful to have:
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
