to strengthen Sunly’s legal team in Estonia 

In your everyday work you will participate in:

  • preparing legal documents related to the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects
  • advising on energy regulatory frameworks and the commercial impact of legislative changes
  • identifying legal risks etc. from legal analysis (including due diligence) 
  • preparing documents related to startup investments 
  • carrying out corporate legal and day-to-day business activities (e.g. drafting of minutes, PoAs, changes in the registers, assistance to the other departments)
  • handling claims and legal disputes 
  • monitoring legal changes related to Sunly’s daily operations 

Our expectations to you:

  • passionate about renewable energy and future technologies 
  • LLM/Master’s degree in law
  • excellency & accuracy at legal drafting and negotiations 
  • curiosity and accountability 
  • proficiency in Estonian and English, both in written and spoken 
  • previous work experience (from a top-tier law firm) is a strong bonus 

You are successful if, in addition to professional competencies, you are a results-oriented team player who has a strong attention to detail. No puzzle is left unsolved for an analytical thinker like you. You enjoy working with people but can successfully complete tasks independently.
